Toxic Neon Nails by JRollendz Toxic Neon Nails by JRollendz
More nail art!
The pink, green, and purple were Funky Fingers polish, and the blue was Sally Hanson.

Neon is hard to pick up on camera. They looked really cool under blacklight! :)

As you can see, there are more than 10 fingers here. I redid each finger at least twice. Oh, perfectionism...

Blue was only used on the ring fingers.

Thanks! I love them too! I messed them up so much that I ended up using half the bottle by the time I was done.

I'm a perfectionist :) I've resorted to only using cheaper polish for marbling now

You can just search Water Marbling on Youtube and it will come up with tutorials. You basically have water in a dixie cup, and let polish drip into it. The water makes the polish spread in a circle, you add more drops, and eventually it looks like a bullseye. Then you use a toothpick to swirl the polish however you'd like before it dries. You put tape on your fingers so you don't get polish everywhere, and then you just dip your nail in at whatever part of the design you like that you made :) Peel the tape off and it's done! Sometimes you have to paint your nails white or a light color before doing the marbling so it shows up brighter, because being in the water makes it thinner.

It depends on your water quality and the polish you use. If it's thick polish, it won't drop in time before it dries on the surface of the water and then you can't swirl it. If it's too thin, it won't show up well. Tap water rarely works. Try bottled. I used it after it went through my Brita. :)
